Who we are

GENERAITR is a SaaS platform operated by TOMLIN STUDIO AB, a Swedish limited company (org. nr. to be published). References to “GENERAITR”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to TOMLIN STUDIO AB.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the GENERAITR platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GENERAITR on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.

The service

GENERAITR provides AI-powered image and video generation tools accessible via a web application. The platform allows users to generate, edit, and enhance visual content using a variety of AI models, organised into pipelines and templates.

We offer two deployment modes:

  • GENERAITR Online: cloud-hosted, runs on managed infrastructure. Requires a paid subscription and consumes GENERAITR Credits (GC) per generation.
  • GENERAITR Local: self-hosted on your own hardware via a ComfyUI node. Requires a valid subscription; generation costs depend on your own infrastructure.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts and access

To use GENERAITR you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. GENERAITR is intended for professional and business use; it is not directed at consumers.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans and billing

Access to GENERAITR Online requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you select. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Credits

Each Online subscription includes a monthly allowance of GENERAITR Credits (GC). Credits are consumed per generation run; the cost depends on the model and settings selected. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.

Additional credits may be purchased as top-up packages at any time. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are in arrears.

Acceptable use

You may use GENERAITR only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or content that sexualises minors.
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
  • Attempt to circumvent safety filters, content moderation systems, or usage limits.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use automated means to access the platform in a way that exceeds normal usage patterns or places undue load on our infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicence access to GENERAITR without our prior written consent.
  • Use the platform to train or fine-tune AI models without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these rules.

Content and intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to GENERAITR (prompts, reference images, brand assets). By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your generation requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the outputs generated by GENERAITR from your inputs. However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions.
  • Similar outputs may be generated for other users using the same or similar inputs.
  • Some underlying AI models are operated by third parties whose own terms may impose additional conditions on outputs.

Platform IP

All rights in the GENERAITR platform, software, templates, and associated materials remain with TOMLIN STUDIO AB. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

AI-generated content disclaimer

GENERAITR is a tool for generating visual content using AI models. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using generated content appropriately before publication or commercial use.

Some AI models applied watermarks or provenance metadata (C2PA) to outputs. You must not remove or obscure such metadata where its retention is required by law or by the terms of the underlying model provider.

Third-party services

The GENERAITR platform relies on third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to Comfy.org, OpenAI, Google, Luma, Kling, and others). The availability and cost of specific models is subject to those providers’ own terms and pricing. We are not liable for changes to third-party model availability, quality, or cost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • GENERAITR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of outputs.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves or as required by law. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of GENERAITR after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
