TOMLIN STUDIO AB is the company behind GENERAITR, run day-to-day by Linda Pierre. As a GENERAITR Partner, we produce interior visualisations, marketing imagery, motion content and 3D assets for real estate professionals, architects, interior designers, and marketing and communications teams. Linda specialises in virtual interior decoration: furnishing and styling real rooms across multiple design directions, from your own reference photo or blueprint. Alongside that we offer general studio time for any production brief, post-production time for editing, enhancement and upscaling, and monthly retainer capacity for ongoing production needs. As a Local GENERAITR user, we also offer EU data-sovereign AI media generation on servers inside the EU.

Studio Time Bundle
General-purpose studio time: brief, generation, selection, delivery. For straightforward production work of any kind, visualising rooms in different styles, producing decor and styling assets, building a moodboard, or other media generation covered by a clear brief. You write the brief, Linda Pierre produces. C2PA-signed and EU AI Act compliant delivery via the Client Delivery portal, with a visible AI label where the law requires one. Not included, across all three variants: generation costs (creator-managed top-up, 1,000 GC = €1.20, available as top-up packages), post-production/upscaling beyond the time limit (see Post-Production Time). For: real estate agents and brokers, interior designers and architects, marketing and communications teams, and anyone with a clear, well-defined production brief who wants studio time without committing to a full package or retainer.

Post-Production Time: Edit, Enhancement & Upscaling
Already have material, from a GENERAITR session or anywhere else in your account, that just needs to look its best? This is where it gets finished: editing, enhancement, upscaling, and colour work, all done by GENERAITR's own AI models and code-based tooling. Applies to output from any Partners product, or to material you already generated elsewhere in your own GENERAITR account. Booked as an add-on alongside a session, bundle, package or retainer, or standalone. Scoped strictly to work done inside GENERAITR: AI-model-based post-production (edit, enhancement, upscaling) plus GENERAITR's own code-based colour correction tooling. Not external retouching or editing performed in other software (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, or any manual/third-party editing tool): if a job needs work outside GENERAITR's own AI models and code-based colour correction, it falls outside this product and is quoted separately, it is not covered here regardless of studio time booked. Priced as time bundles, not per delivered asset. Throughput varies too much by resolution, complexity and revision needs to promise a fixed count for a fixed price, the same reason the Studio Time Bundle is sold as hours rather than a promised number of assets. How many assets or minutes get finished within a bundle depends on resolution, complexity and how much needs redoing, not a fixed count for a fixed price. For: anyone with existing GENERAITR-generated material, or material already living in their GENERAITR account, that needs a final finishing pass before delivery, publication or print.

Virtual Interior Decoration (Design Services)
Linda Pierre, Virtual Interior Decorator. Three variants, all priced as studio time. Across all variants: time is the only thing sold as a fixed guarantee, scope (number of rooms, styles, or finished assets) is a target for the booked time, not a promised count, since exactly how much gets finished depends on what fits within the hours booked. Want your own space visualised? Upload your reference photo or blueprint in advance inside GENERAITR under the "Uploads" section: you get access to it as soon as you book a session. Standalone interior decoration assets not tied to visualising an existing room (furniture and decor pieces, material and colour studies, styling mood boards, seasonal or campaign decor sets) are not a fourth variant here: book the Studio Time Bundle with the interior decoration direction stated in the brief.

Studio Retainer Services
Need GENERAITR production every month, not just once? A retainer buys you dedicated, priority capacity instead of booking one-off sessions every time, at a lower hourly rate than any single product above, with the same creators who already know your account, your brief, and your brand. Monthly dedicated capacity: your hours are yours to allocate as needed, across any kind of media generation and production work GENERAITR supports, image, video, 3D, audio, interior visualisation, or anything else, agreed per month in your brief. Each month includes a kickoff call and a wrap-up call over Google Meet, to set direction and review what got done. Unused hours do not roll over. Need more than your monthly hours allow? Top up with a Studio Time Bundle whenever you need extra capacity. Priority booking ahead of one-off customers. Ongoing access to your project history via the Client Delivery portal and your Client org projects inside GENERAITR. Three variants by monthly hours.
