About this service

A paid expert help session where Tomas Nihlén or Linda Pierre assists an existing GENERAITR customer directly inside the customer's own account. The customer uses their own credits: we do not provide a GC pool. How it works: - 45 min live via Google Meet + screen sharing - The customer grants temporary access to their GENERAITR account by inviting us to a project - All generations deduct from the customer's own GENERAITR credits - We act as an advisory expert within their workflow Typical use cases: - Onboarding for the entire team to the tool - Getting started with a new pipeline, template, or model - Creating custom GENERAITR Templates (parameter presets) for reuse across the team - Troubleshooting a workflow that does not produce the desired results - Optimizing parameters for a specific model - Training the team on how to use the audit trail + C2PA features - Any other scenario where they need expert assistance from an experienced user Included: - 45 min live via Google Meet for screen sharing, plus shared workspaces within the project - Concrete deliverables in the customer's account (pipelines, templates, presets: owned by the customer) Requirement: - Active GENERAITR Online or Local subscription.
